For nearly 30 years, Colin D. Roberts has advanced the causes of individuals and corporations in complex matters of personal injury and insurance law. Today, his primary legal focus is civil litigation, representing those who have fallen victim to serious injury due to the negligence of others.

Colin possesses an extensive knowledge of the law combined with a deep awareness of insurance industry practices. This dual perspective has earned him the respect of the insurance representatives with whom he negotiates and the counsel against whom he litigates. He has extensive trial experience at all levels of the Alberta court system, including favourable judgements in the Province's Appellate Courts.

A zealous advocate for his clients, Colin ensures that no one is treated like a number. He tailors his service to each client’s unique needs, understanding that serious injury brings significant mental and financial stress that requires a compassionate, highly personalized approach to recovery and compensation.

Born and raised in Calgary, Colin obtained his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Calgary in 1988 before attending the University of Alberta for his Bachelor of Laws in 1992. He was subsequently called to the Bar of British Columbia in 1993 and the Bar of Alberta in 1994.

Outside of the office, Colin enjoys fly fishing, golfing, playing squash, and walking his dogs Wally and Penny. He is a proud and active member of Trout Unlimited Canada and the Carnmoney Golf & Country Club.
